Refunds
Once all the details are received, we will assess your refund request. Depending on the situation, we may require return and inspection of the product purchased. If approved, we will refund to your original method of payment. This process may take a few days. You are required to provide receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged
If the item sent arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the issue. You will likely have to send photos of the damage and may be required to return the faulty product. Shipping cost for returning the damaged product will be covered by Light It Candles Limited.
Incorrect Products
It is very rare; however, we all make mistakes. In the event you receive an incorrect order, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent and will cover the return shipping cost of the incorrect product.
Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund due to change of mind. We request that you make the purchase once you are 100% sure.
